The perfect smile can win you anything from a job interview to a date with that special someone, but to achieve that winning whiten my teeth confidence can sometimes set you back a few dollars. There are countless whiten my teeth products available on the market today but none would fall under the category of cheap. I happen to be on a fixed budget so I decided to do a little research and derive my own special method to whiten my teeth.
Through the process of trial and error I discovered that strawberries seemed to actually whiten my teeth after eating them, I know it sounds strange but believe me it worked. I began experimenting with the fruit to find the best recipe to whiten my teeth. I blended half dozen strawberries and then actually brushed my teeth with the shake, followed by thorough floss. The reason for the floss was to avoid any seeds being stuck in between my teeth or far worse having sugar residue from the strawberries sit there eating away at my roots. My objective in this test was to whiten my teeth not to find my way into the dentist’s office. All in all, I did find I had whitened my teeth somewhat after brushing with the strawberry mixture.
Another ingredient from my kitchen cupboard that worked wonders was baking soda. This is of course no surprise seeing as how so many toothpastes advertise the use of baking soda to whiten my teeth. I used about a half tablespoon and rubbed it over my teeth, then brushed as I normally would. The results were certainly visible but the taste wasn’t all that pleasant. Before doing this a second time I decided to add a little minty mouthwash to the soda to add some flavor.
Let’s leave the kitchen and head to the bathroom. Inside most medicine cabinets you’ll find hydrogen peroxide. I know it sounds deadly but as long as you don’t swallow any you’ll be quite happy with the results in an effort to whiten my teeth, I assure you. I swished with approximately one third of a cup for 30 to 45 seconds. It worked beautifully.
Now in order to achieve the best results possible I basically combined all of my findings into one. I start by rubbing some baking soda on my teeth. I then brush with the blended strawberries, quickly followed by a good flossing. Finally, I use my homemade peroxide mouthwash with a tint of mint and swish it around for awhile. After doing this for about one month I was already getting compliments on whiten my teeth from friends, family, even strangers. My homemade whiten my teeth recipe was a total success, and the cost for one month’s use, about 5 dollars.
Smile for the camera. On second thought, don’t smile. Have you ever heard this before, if you have then you need to ask your local dentist to whiten my teeth. Once you’ve gone through the procedure of whiten my teeth you’ll be proud to show off your pearly whites in any picture or family portrait.
No one wants to have yellow smoke stained teeth, its borderline repulsive. If you know you have this problem then you most likely have a hidden sense of insecurity. You may not realize it but by not having whitened teeth you may be visibly uncomfortable in everyday life. From trying to speak to someone with a partially closed mouth to coming off as rude or miserable because you seemingly flat out refuse to smile. If this sounds familiar then you need to whiten my teeth.
As the need for whiter teeth grows, as does the marketplace for various whiten my teeth products. It seems every major dental driven company has some form of whiten my teeth solution aimed at its consumers. It’s hard to watch more than fifteen minutes of television without coming across a whiten my teeth commercial. These solutions range from bleaching formulas to teeth whitening kits involving teeth cleansing dentures. Of course at home whiten my teeth methods are far from our only option. Just about every dental office appears to have some form of whiten my teeth procedure on its price list, I imagine its somewhere between a root canal and a cleaning.
Other popular methods are whitening strips; brush on gels, whitening sprays, and the basic whitening toothpastes. As there are so many different products available it’s hard to choose which one is the most effective. This is especially true since every product seems to lay claim that “9 out of 10 dentists recommend it.” You can always ask your dentist but you’ll just receive the answer geared towards which ever company they happen to be in bed with. If you truly want to scream out whiten my teeth then I suggest reading up on the various methods, take comfort into consideration, and then try different products until you find the one that best suits your needs.
Prior to the use of any whiten my teeth product, you may want to make sure that it has the ADA approval seal on it. This basically states that the product has been approved by the American Dental Association. I doubt you would take a medication that wasn’t approved by the FDA, would you?
